How do I know if my roof needs replacing?

How fast can you get it done
Most residential roofs: 1 to 3 days. Commercial depends on scope, but we give you a locked timeline in the estimate and we stick to it. We do not drag projects out.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Start to finish. We document the damage, write the estimate, and deal directly with your adjuster. You should not have to fight your insurance company while your ceiling is leaking.
What materials do you use?
GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed. Shingles, tile, TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen. We match the right system to your property, your budget, and your climate. Not the other way around.
Do you actually pull permits?
Every single time. We pull the permit, schedule the city inspection, and close it out. If a contractor tells you permits are optional, run. That is a liability sitting on your property.
What is your warranty?
